These revolutionary heat moldable polypropylene footbed insoles can be adjusted to your unique foot shape by heating the back with a hair dryer, then mold it to fit. This means it can work for any kind of arch: flat, medium, and high.
Insoles are available in whole sizes only, and tend to run on the small size. If you regularly wear half sizes, or aren't certain what the correct size should be, order the next whole size up. These insets can be trimmed to fit at the front, as needed.
